The App allows you to enter mortgage-related data for calculations, including:

• Loan amounts, interest rates, and terms
• Income and debt information (for affordability calculations)
• Business branding information (company name, logo, contact details)

Important: All calculation data and business information you enter is stored locally on your device only. We do not transmit, collect, or store this information on any external servers.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App, certain information may be collected automatically through third-party services:

• Device Identifiers: Including the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) when you grant permission
• Usage Data: General app usage patterns for analytics
• Ad Interaction Data: Information about ads displayed and interactions with them

2. Third-Party Advertising

The free version of Mortgage Pro+ displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Google AdMob may collect and use data to provide personalized advertising.

2.1 What Google AdMob Collects

• Device identifiers (IDFA, when permitted)
• IP address
• Device information (model, OS version)
• Ad interaction data

2.2 How This Data Is Used

• To serve relevant advertisements
• To measure ad performance

3. App Tracking Transparency

In accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, we request your permission before allowing Google AdMob to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites for advertising purposes.

Your Choice: You can choose to allow or deny tracking when prompted. If you deny tracking, you will still see ads, but they will be less personalized. You can change this preference at any time in your device's Settings > Privacy > Tracking.

4. Premium Subscription

Mortgage Pro+ offers a Premium subscription that provides an ad-free experience. Premium subscribers:

• Will not see any advertisements
• Will not be asked for tracking permission
• Will not have data collected by advertising networks

5. Data Storage and Security

5.1 Local Storage

Your mortgage calculations, saved scenarios, and business branding information are stored locally on your device using iOS standard storage mechanisms. This data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is not accessible to us or any third parties
• Is protected by your device's security features
• Can be deleted by uninstalling the App

5.2 iCloud Backup

If you have iCloud Backup enabled on your device, your App data may be included in your iCloud backup, subject to Apple's privacy practices.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties, except:

• Advertising Partners: As described in Section 2, Google AdMob receives certain data for advertising purposes in the free version
• Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights

7. Children's Privacy

Mortgage Pro+ is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your data:

• Access: Request information about data collected about you
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data (note: local data can be deleted by uninstalling the App)
• Opt-Out: Opt out of personalized advertising through device settings or by purchasing Premium
